SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order after you have received confirmation of your order via email. Shipping is 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday. Please ensure your EMAIL, SHIPPING ADDRESS, and First and Last name are accurate as well as, correct BEFORE submitting your order. Addresses can NOT be changed once you submit your order. All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS! If there is an issue with your order please email Trending Tresses Collection within 24-48 hrs of receiving your order. Anything else will not be accepted.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.
FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping is shipped on First Class. Takes 2-5 business days and your package is not insured. Insured packages are with Priority shipping or Express Only.
International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. Trending Tresses Collection does not cover any tariffs or custom fees. All bundles, units, and lace are customized.
TRENDING TRESSES isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS.
